Klarna FAQ

Klarna is a secure payment service that lets you split the cost of your order into 3 interest-free installments. Payment is handled directly by Klarna: your card details are never shared with Paolo Fiorillo.

You pay the first installment at the time of purchase. The other two are automatically charged to the same card every 30 days. There is no interest and no extra cost if the installments are paid on time.

Add products to your cart, go to checkout and choose Klarna as your payment method. Klarna will guide you through completing your purchase in a few steps, using a debit or credit card.

To pay with Klarna you must be over 18, live in a country where the service is available and have a valid debit or credit card. Klarna checks every request at the time of purchase and may not approve it: in that case you can choose another payment method.

You can check due dates, pay early or change your card in the Klarna app or on klarna.com, logging in with the email or phone number used for the purchase.

Klarna reminds you before each due date. If a payment fails, Klarna will try again and contact you to settle it: the conditions are shown by Klarna at the time of purchase. For any questions about your installments, contact Klarna customer service through the app.

Yes, returns work the same as for other payment methods. You can request one within 15 days of delivery on the Request a return page.

Once the return is accepted, we notify Klarna of the refund and Klarna updates your payment plan: unpaid installments are cancelled or reduced and anything you have already paid is refunded. The new amount is shown in the Klarna app.
